Shipping Policy

Order Processing and Service Turnaround

Processing and turnaround times vary depending on the product or service requested, parts availability, shipping time, and current workload.

Customers sending headlights or other components for service must contact DG Headlight Restore & More and receive shipping instructions before mailing any items. Estimated completion dates are provided after the items arrive and are inspected.

In-stock retail products are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed beginning the next business day. If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing to confirm availability and estimated delivery time.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email. Customers may also log into their account at any time to view order and tracking updates.

Please allow carriers time to update tracking information after the shipment has been processed.


Free Shipping

Orders over $99 may qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.

Free shipping promotions do not apply to:

  • Mobile services
  • Custom work
  • Service orders requiring customer-supplied headlights
  • Oversized or specialty items

DG Headlight Restore & More reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier and delivery method for all free shipping orders.

If you need faster delivery, expedited shipping options are available during checkout.


Delivered But Not Received

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property
  • Verifying with household members
  • Contacting neighbors
  • Allowing an additional 24–48 hours for final delivery

Occasionally, carriers may mark packages as delivered before the actual drop-off occurs.

If the package still cannot be located after 48 hours, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation. We will also assist however possible to help resolve the issue.


International Orders & Customs Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.

These fees are not included in our shipping rates or product pricing.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on package size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

For service orders involving customer headlights or components, return shipping charges may be invoiced separately once the service has been completed.


Shipping Damage

DG Headlight Restore & More is not responsible for damage caused during transit due to improper packaging by the customer.

If shipping headlights or fragile components to us, we strongly recommend:

  • Heavy-duty packaging
  • Bubble wrap and padding
  • Packing peanuts or foam support
  • Shipping insurance
  • Trackable shipping service
